Privacy Policy

Last updated September 17, 2026.

This policy explains what Botreeve — a product of Guten Group — collects, why, and what you can do about it. It applies to botreeve.ai and the Botreeve apps.

1. What we collect

  • Account information: email address, and authentication data if you sign in with a third party.
  • Connected-service credentials: an encrypted access token for each service you connect (for example, Robinhood Financial LLC) — never your password for that service. Tokens are encrypted at rest and scoped to your account only.
  • Proposal and approval records: what a connected bot proposed, the rule that produced it, and your decision to approve or decline it. This is an audit trail, not a recommendation history.
  • Device and usage data: app version, device type, crash and performance diagnostics, and basic usage events, used to keep the Service working.
  • Support correspondence: anything you send to legal@guten.group or through an in-app support flow.

We do not collect trading recommendations to give you, because we do not generate any — see the Risk Disclosure.

2. How we use it

To operate the Service: authenticate you, relay your approved orders to the connected service, run the Chief of Bots conductor feature, maintain the audit trail described above, secure the Service, provide support, and comply with applicable law. We do not use your data to build a profile for advertising, and we do not sell your personal data.

3. Who we share it with

  • The service you connected — for example, an order you approve is relayed to Robinhood Financial LLC for execution. That is the only case where your instruction leaves Botreeve for a third party.
  • Service providers who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations — for example, cloud hosting and error monitoring. They do not have an independent right to use your data.
  • Legal and safety — where required to comply with law, a valid legal process, or to protect the security of the Service or its users.

We do not sell your personal data and do not share it with third parties for their own advertising purposes.

4. Data retention and deletion

When you delete your account — from inside the app or at botreeve.ai/delete-account — we delete your account record and connected-service credentials, and revoke the underlying grant with the connected service, promptly and in any event within 30 days. We retain the proposal and approval audit trail only for as long as applicable financial recordkeeping regulation requires us to, and for no other purpose. Support correspondence may be retained for a reasonable period for quality and legal purposes.

5. Security

Connected-service credentials are encrypted at rest and in transit and are scoped per account — one tenant’s credential is never accessible to another. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise most of these rights directly in the app, or by writing to legal@guten.group. California residents may exercise CCPA rights the same way; we do not sell personal data, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18 and is not intended for use by minors. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

8. International transfers

We are based in the United States and process data there. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

9. Changes to this policy

If we make a material change to this policy, we will notify you through the app or by email before it takes effect.
