This is the same disclosure Botreeve shows you before you can connect any trading-related account, and asks you to acknowledge before you continue. Read it before connecting one.
- Botreeve is not a broker-dealer and not an investment adviser. Botreeve does not hold your funds, does not custody your account, and is not registered with the SEC, FINRA, or any state securities regulator as either.
- Botreeve provides no recommendations. It does not tell you what to buy or sell, does not rank instruments by expected return, and does not generate trading signals of its own.
- Your own rules drive every order. A connected bot proposes an order only because of a rule you configured, or an alert from a source you already subscribe to independently of Botreeve. You are solely responsible for the rules you set and every order you approve.
- Orders are executed by Robinhood Financial LLC. Robinhood Financial LLC — not Guten Group — executes, custodies, and clears every order, through Robinhood's Agentic Trading program, in a brokerage account you hold directly with Robinhood Financial LLC.
- Investing involves risk, including the risk of loss. The value of an investment can go down as well as up, and you can lose some or all of the money you invest. Past performance of any strategy, rule, or bot is not indicative of future results.
No performance claims
Nothing published by Botreeve — on this site, in the app, or in any marketing material — states or implies a return, win rate, or performance figure for a rule, a bot, or the Service as a whole. We do not publish backtests. If you see a performance claim attributed to Botreeve anywhere, it did not come from us; please report it to legal@guten.group.
The approval step names the rule
Every order-approval screen in Botreeve names the specific rule that produced the proposed order and states plainly that it is your own configured rule — not a suggestion from Botreeve. See how the safety gate works.
