Terms of Service

1. Who this agreement is with

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are between you and Guten Group (“Guten Group”, “we”, “us”), the operator of Botreeve (the “Service”), available at botreeve.ai and through the Botreeve apps for iPhone, iPad, and Android. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is — and is not

Botreeve is a cross-ecosystem bot and agent orchestrator. It lets you connect bots and agents you already run across third-party services, see their status in one place, and approve or decline the actions they propose. Botreeve includes a conductor feature (“Chief of Bots”) that answers questions about your connected bots and routes work between them.

Botreeve is not a broker-dealer, an investment adviser, or a money transmitter. It does not generate trading signals, does not recommend securities, and does not manage your money or investments. Where a connected bot relates to trading — currently, a bot connected to Robinhood Financial LLC through Robinhood's Agentic Trading program — every rule that bot acts on is one you configured, or an alert from a source you already subscribe to independently of Botreeve.Robinhood Financial LLC executes, custodies, and clears every order; Botreeve never holds your funds or takes custody of your account. 3. Per-order approval

For any connected bot capable of proposing a financial transaction, no order is placed without your explicit, per-order approval inside the Service. A connected bot may propose an order at any time; only your approval of that specific order authorizes Botreeve to relay it for execution. You are responsible for reviewing what you approve.

4. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at legal@guten.group of any unauthorized use.

5. Connected third-party services

Connecting a third-party bot or account (for example, Robinhood Financial LLC) is governed by that service’s own terms, which you must accept independently. Botreeve is not a party to your agreement with that service and is not responsible for its acts, omissions, availability, or execution quality. If a connected service revokes, suspends, or changes access, the related feature in Botreeve may stop working without notice from us.

6. Fees

Botreeve is a paid product. Applicable fees, billing frequency, and any trial terms will be disclosed to you before you are charged, inside the app or at botreeve.ai/pricing. Fees charged by a connected third-party service (for example, brokerage or regulatory fees) are set by that service, not by us, and are not included in any fee we charge.

7. Acceptable use

You will not use the Service to violate any law, to attempt to bypass the per-order approval requirement, to interfere with the Service’s safety controls, or to access another user’s account or connected credentials without authorization.

8. Termination and deletion

You may delete your account at any time from inside the app or at botreeve.ai/delete-account. We may suspend or terminate your access for a violation of these Terms or where required by law or by a connected service. Deletion is described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that a connected bot will act as configured, that an order you approve will execute at any particular price, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guten Group will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or trading losses, arising from or related to your use of the Service — including losses resulting from an order you approved. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose.

10. Dispute resolution; governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, seated in Pinellas County, Florida, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court where eligible. There is no right or authority for any dispute to be brought as a class or representative action.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify you through the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
